The term bsBIM describes “the Next Generation of BIM” – the procedure of planning and simulating the construction operation of a building with the help of virtual 3D data computer models.

The basis for all applications under bsBIM, or BIM, is a 3D computer model that, when enhanced by additional information, is used as a virtual construction model for a variety of tasks.  Additional properties and characteristics can be saved in the model, such as time relations between the installations of work for individual building elements and the cost of construction elements.
